The 132 Australia Business Talent Visa

The 132 Visa is a permanent residence type visa for individuals nominated by either an Australian state or a territory government agency. It allows individuals to establish a new or develop existing businesses within Australia. 

Here are the requirements for obtaining a Business Talent visa:
- The applicant must have earned minimum 1 million AUD in capital funding in order to begin the commercialisation and development of business ideas that have high values in Australia.
- The applicant must have personal and net business assets equivalent to minimum 1.5 million AUD and have a yearly business turnover rate of 3 million AUD.

There are currently 2 streams for 132 Business Talent visa applications:
Venture Capital Stream. Venture capital funding is provided by an Australian Venture Capital Assoc. Ltd. Member (AVCAL).
Business History Stream. High-caliber business or part-owners who wish to start a business in Australia.

The 188 Visa (Australia Innovation and Investment)
The 188 Visa is recommended for investors who wish to manage a new or existing Australian business or for individuals who wish to invest in its territory or state.

There are currently 3 stream options:
The 893 Visa (Investor Sponsored by Territory or State). The 893 visa grants a permanent residence within Australia. Applicants must have a Territory or State-sponsored investor visa and have made at least 750,000 AUD investment in the span of 4 years.

The 892 Visa (Business Owner Sponsored by Territory or State). The 892 visa grants a permanent residence within Australia. Applicants must have a Territory or State-sponsored business visa.

The 891 Visa (Investor Visa). The 891 visa grants a permanent residence within Australia. Applicants must have 1.5 million AUD in designated investments in the span of 4 years and have an Investor visa.
